Stunning example of a Pre-CBS Fender Duo-Sonic. Most of the wear looks as though it's from sitting in the case as it's not in the usual play wear areas. With lots of light finish checking and little dings here and there, virtually no wear to the neck and minimal fret wear. There is a small cigarette burn to the front of the headstock and the Fender logo is completely intact. Under the scratch plate, everything is original and in fantastic condition. there seems to have been a decent attempt at adjusting the truss rod without removing the neck at some point, as there's a large amount of material that's has been removed on both the scratchplate and the body (see images)
This beautiful guitar comes with original bridge cover and tanned hard case however most of the soft foam had disintegrated over time, the felt is coming away in places and one of the clips is temperamental. still in fantastic condition and very usable for it's age.
